SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation in Sumner, WA, is hiring a Trimmer for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–1:30 am, Mon–Thu). The role involves trimming and deburring composite components, and maintaining equipment while promoting a safe work environment.
Preferred candidates will read detailed instructions, operate hand and power tools, and demonstrate strong communication skills. One year of related manufacturing experience is preferred.

$24.48 - $28.88/hour (full time, non‑exempt). Pay includes 10% shift differential.
3:00 pm – 1:30 am, Monday – Thursday
As a Trimmer, you will perform a variety of techniques to work with composite components as part of the manufacturing process.
One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.
While performing typical duties of this job, production employees will experience the conditions noted below. PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.
Required PPE provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee’s position and exposure. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the pay for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay may be higher or lower for non‑resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
