Job summary

The Metropolitan Council's Engineering and Construction Department seeks a Project Management Software Administrator to oversee Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder) and related systems, including data, analytics, and document management. You will work with end users to design workflows, configure projects, manage budgets in the cost module, and support SharePoint content.

Knowledge of BI tools and reporting is highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience working and collaborating in diverse, multicultural environments.
Experience with project or construction management software systems (Trimble, Procore, etc.).
Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, R Shiny, etc.).
Knowledge of effective processes, methods, and techniques to analyze and evaluate business operations.
Knowledge of effective project management principles.
Experience in leading and facilitating meetings with complex and detailed materials.
Skilled at an advanced level in word processing, complex spreadsheets, graphics presentations and database management (Word, Excel, Visio, Access and Power Point).
Interest in and enthusiasm for public transit.

Responsibilities

Develop data and reporting of performance measures to support business needs.
Develops BI reporting tools to support department business needs.
Build and maintain e-Builder workflows and templates for projects.
Configure new projects in e-Builder including templates, modules, and custom fields.
Support budget tracking in e-Builder’s cost module including commitments and invoices.
Manage content and updates of department SharePoint site and SOPs.
