Job summary

Terpenebeltfarms in Gloucester, MA is seeking a Trim Technician to oversee harvest, trim and curing/drying of cannabis plants in our facilities. Responsibilities include hand trimming, equipment upkeep, harvesting plants, handling post-harvest material and processing cannabis waste.

The role reports to Post-Harvest Managers; schedule Sunday to Wednesday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm; must work with a team, follow directions, maintain clean work areas per company and CCC standards, and ensure product

Responsibilities

• Must be able to take and follow directions.
• Must be able to work with a team as well as be independently motivated.
• Manicure a minimum of 1 pound in a 10-hour shift consistently, by the end of the first 90 days.
• Ensure that work areas are clean and always maintained to the standards of the company as well as CCC requirements.
• Ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company.
• Must be accountable and reliable.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the lead and/or managers.
