Buckeye Relief is seeking a Trim Staff member at our Eastlake, OH site. You will help process cannabis plants through harvest and post-harvest stages, trim, package, and store finished product to meet quality standards.

The role requires accuracy, speed, and attentiveness to mold and bud appearance. Responsibilities include operating trimming equipment, weighing materials, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting the packaging team as needed.

• Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Process plants during different stages of harvest and post-harvest (harvesting, trimming, cleaning, packaging).
• Ensure organization of all harvest/post-harvest material.
• Perform quality control including inspection of plants, mold and mite vigilance, ensure attractive buds.
• Maintain production timeline and ensure finish product meets company standards.
• Weigh and record finished material accurately.
• Operate trimming machines.
• Maintain workspace organization and cleanliness.
• Assist packaging department when necessary.
• May be assigned other job duties as needed.

Summary/Objective

Job description

The Trim Staff's duties include separating the incoming plant material into its respective parts, trimming, packaging, and storing product that is ready for sale.

• Maintain production timeline.

• Must maintain organization of materials and cleanliness of work space.
• Assist packaging department when necessary.
• May be assigned other job duties if necessary.
