Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is seeking a Trim Driver for a family-owned hardware and lumber company. You will deliver lumber to local job sites and verify loads, with forklift use as needed. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with possible overtime. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required, along with customer service skills and a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of heavy lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR record.
• Experience driving a pickup truck and a 16 foot enclosed trailer.
• Previous box truck experience is a plus.
• Professional and possesses customer service skills.
• Comply with safety requirements including PPE (steel-toed boots).

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Trim Driver position to work with an Established Family-Owned Hardware and Lumber Company. This position will pay $15 / hour, and the hours are M-F from 7:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lumber and other building materials to local job sites
• Verify load against delivery tickets
• Load/unload windows, doors, and lumber by hand or using a forklift
• Perform daily maintenance inspection of trucks and equipment
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Adhere closely to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
