Ready to Take Your Craft to the Next Level?

You take pride in your work — not just in getting the job done, but in getting the job right. Every cut is clean, every fit is precise, and you don't pack up until the finished space looks exactly the way it should. You've built the skills. Now you want a role where that standard actually matters.

This is that role.

We're looking for an experienced Installer who brings serious woodworking chops and an equally serious commitment to the client experience. You'll work directly with the business owner and a motivated sales team to install custom design projects, bringing them to life in clients' homes, where the details are on full display and the bar is high.

What this actually looks like day-to-day:

You'll execute in-home installations of custom spaces, ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner. This isn't production-line work. Every project and space is unique, and your installation skill and craftsmanship are the last, and most visible, part of the process.

What sets this opportunity apart:

• Work directly with ownership — your expertise and input are valued, not just your labor. We're one team with one clear vision.
• Collaborate closely with a sales team that sets client expectations right, so you can exceed them
• Project variety that keeps the work engaging and your skills growing. As the team expands around you, comes opportunity and career growth.
• A culture where quality is the standard, not the exception

You're likely the right fit if you:

Have 3+ years of in-home installation experience, strong woodworking skills you've earned through real work, and you genuinely care about walking out of a client's home knowing you delivered something exceptional.

The best installers aren't just tradespeople — they're craftsmen who take ownership. If that's how you see yourself, we'd like to talk.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus

Responsibilities:

• Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment. If you are a self-motivated and dedicated individual passionate about installation and carpentry, let's talk!
