Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a skilled Trim Punch Carpenter to join our residential install team. You will focus on interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, and punch work on new homes for major builders.

You must have carpentry experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. We offer weekly pay, full-time employment (W2), benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and safety training.

For over 80 years, Stier Supply Company has been a family-run leader in Millwork Services across the Southeast U.S. Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites


• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements


• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality


• Use digital tools daily for task management

Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry


• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use


• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.


• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs


• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy


• Authorized to work for any US employer

Work Environment:

Our Field Technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
