Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Knightdale is seeking a Trim Punch Carpenter to join our residential install team. You will work on new builds installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds for major builders across the Southeast.

Responsibilities include trim carpentry installations, using hand and power tools safely, keeping sites clean, following safety protocols, and using digital task management tools daily. Own tools and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.

For over 80 years, Stier Supply Company has been a family-run leader in Millwork Services across the Southeast U.S. Our install teams are responsible for working in new residential neighborhoods where they focus on installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry

• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
• Authorized to work for any US employer

Work Environment:

Our Field Technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
