Job summary

Stier Supply Company seeks a Trim Punch Carpenter to perform trim carpentry on residential job sites for major builders in the Southeast. You will install exterior and interior doors, trim, hardware, blinds, and handle punch work with focus on quality and safety.

Full-time (W2) position, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays. Must provide own tools and have a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential sites with attention to detail.
• Use hand and power tools safely to meet job requirements.

As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry

• Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.
• Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
• Authorized to work for any US employer

Work Environment:

Our Field Technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
