Ferguson Builders is seeking a skilled Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our team in Greenville, SC. This hands-on role focuses on cabinet installation, trim carpentry, crown molding, and finish work on custom residential remodeling projects.

You will measure, cut, and install components to achieve high-quality, visible finishes. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of carpentry experience, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.

Ferguson Builders is looking for a skilled Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position focused on cabinet installation, trim carpentry, crown molding, and finish work on custom residential remodeling projects. Quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.What You'll Do:Install and adjust kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, including base cabinets, wall cabinets, panels, fillers, and related components.Perform trim and finish carpentry, including crown molding, baseboards, casing, doors, and other detailed finish work.Complete precise cuts, joints, transitions, and adjustments to achieve a clean, professional finished product.Measure, mark, cut, shape, and install construction materials accurately.Build, install, adjust, and repair components throughout residential remodeling projects.Perform additional residential construction and carpentry work as needed.Read and follow plans, measurements, specifications, safety requirements, and building codes.Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship, especially in highly visible finished areas of the home.Keep job sites, tools, and equipment safe and organized.Work with the Project Manager and production team to keep projects moving.Maintain accurate records through Daily Logs.Communicate clearly with the production team, clients, and trade partners as needed.Qualifications:Hands-on experience with cabinet installation, trim carpentry, crown molding, and finish carpentry strongly preferred.2+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience preferred.General knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes.Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely.Clean driving record and reliable transportation.Ability to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs.Ability to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work in residential job-site environments.Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, or tile is a plus.Why Ferguson Builders?We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling and custom construction.
