Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring an experienced finish carpenter or cabinet installer in Carmel, IN. You will install cabinetry, crown molding, drawers, and accessories, collaborating with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.

We offer a four-day workweek with home every night, a year-round indoor work environment, paid time off, health and vision insurance, a 401(k), and a monthly compensation range of $22.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a finish carpenter and/or cabinet installer.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate smartphone for job/project tracking.
• Excellent communication and great attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute kitchen installations, including cabinetry, crown, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, painting etc.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
