Kitchen Tune‑Up is seeking dedicated team members to serve as Carpentry Apprentice/Installer on kitchen remodeling projects.

Who You Are

• Compensation is hourly plus bonus
• Pay increases with passing Kitchen Tune‑Up certifications
• Direct six‑month track to team lead with pay increase

What You'll Do

• Arrive to jobsite on time
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Who You Are (additional)

• No paid experience needed, looking for mechanical skills or home project experience
• Excellent communication skills (so you know what to do / we know what was done)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, nail gun)
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
