Job summary

Stier Supply Company is seeking a Trim Punch Carpenter to join our residential installation team. You will work on new home sites installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds for major builders in the Southeast.

We value craftsmanship and safety, offering weekly pay, full-time hours, and benefits. You will need your own tools and a valid license, with daily travel in the Bluffton region supporting quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.
• Physical capability to stand, lift up to 75 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
• Authorized to work for any US employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.

As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. Work Environment: Our Field Technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is our priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
