Assists servers to enhance guest service. Maintains luxury standards and professionalism.

Essential Job Functions

• Set up tables for each shift.
• Clean and reset tables promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock operating supplies (china, glassware, silverware, linen, etc.).
• Replenish nonalcoholic beverages and bread at the table, maintain table service.
• Keep tables clean by removing used items.
• Maintain visibility in the dining area.
• Transport linens from laundry and restock for the next shift.
• Keep service areas and equipment, like the cappuccino machine, clean.
• Perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow directions well and pay attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Present a professional appearance and behavior.
• Possess interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Wear a clean, pressed uniform with a name tag.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

• High school education preferred; not required.
• Minimum one-year previous experience required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have a TABC certificate and Food Handlers Certification.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs., effective communication, and reading printed materials. Must work safely with chemicals as per SDS sheets and legal requirements.
