Job summary

Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Research Operations and Technical Assistance Manager to oversee day-to-day research operations for CIRCLE and NARCH projects. You will liaise with Tribal partners, researchers, clinical teams, and grant staff to ensure ethical research and adherence to tribal priorities.

The role involves mentoring coordinators, coordinating recruitment, managing advisory groups, and ensuring compliance with data security, retention, and grant

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3–5 years coordinating research projects.
• Experience working with Tribal Nations and Indigenous communities.
• Familiarity with CBPR, Tribal Participatory Research, Indigenous methodologies, or culturally responsive research.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to ethics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data security, confidentiality, and study records.
• Monitor documentation, data management, and regulatory files.
• Coordinate participant reimbursement and study payments.
• Lead Tribal research priorities and advisory group activities.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities.
