Job summary

Indigenous Pact PBC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor - Healing Spaces to guide facility planning, design, and build-out for Tribal health programs.

You will translate client needs into practical recommendations, analyze data, and interpret architectural drawings to support thoughtful healthcare spaces. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across planning and design, leveraging strong analytical skills and project-management tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, healthcare, Tribal relations, economics, finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Healing Spaces engagements across planning, design, and build-out by identifying client needs, gaps, and opportunities.
• Coordinate work plans, deliverables, interviews, and day-to-day client/internal collaboration.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings using construction terminology.
• Create client-ready presentations and proposals with project teams.
