The Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage calls, assist with budget preparations, and provide clerical support within the Tribal Maintenance department. This role requires great customer service skills and a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to tribal members. Candidates will be involved in daily administrative tasks and direct communication with the public and staff, ensuring efficient operation of office functions.

Department: Tribal Maintenance
Operates a switchboard and relays incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and directs incoming visitors in a courteous manner; work contacts include administrators, staff and the public. Must ensure efficient and professional processing of all assigned responsibilities and be able to use independent judgment as it pertains to administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: One year of work-related skill, knowledge or experience.
