The Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation (NWBSN) is hiring a part-time librarian assistant to support library operations. The role involves staffing the library, interacting with patrons, and organizing materials. This is a temporary position offering 10-15 hours per week and a pay rate of $12/hr.

Job description

The Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation (NWBSN) is seeking a part time librarian assistant to support NWBSN
tribal library operations. This position is part time at 10-15 hours per week and is non-benefitted. Schedule will be
negotiated but will work primarily Tuesdays, Thursdays, and select Saturdays. PART-TIME – Temporary

Additional Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include working with NWBSN tribal librarian and Cultural Resource Manager to provide services for patrons during public hours. The tribal library encompasses physical materials such as books, media, and electronic resources for use of tribal members.

Compensation
