Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or Public Administration; 5+ years senior executive-level experience, including 3+ years at the director level.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years senior executive-level experience, including 5+ years at the director level.
• Proven ability to mentor and manage large, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies/tools and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the leadership team for areas of direct supervision and other Tribal entities as the Tribal Council deems appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Executive Management team to develop strategic plans, policies, and best practices in labor relations, personnel management, and fiscal accountability.
• Translate strategic and tactical plans into operational plans with defined owners, timelines, and performance measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal and federal laws and reporting requirements.
