The Tulalip Tribes seek a Tribal Court Intake Specialist I to greet clients, record filings and fees, and assist with civil petitions and criminal filings. The role requires understanding court orders, checking dates for clients, attorneys and judges, and preserving court records for public access.

Under supervision, you will handle non-judicial tasks to support Court operations and collaborate with Judges and the Court Clerk’s Office Manager.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• WA State commissioned Notary Public (will allow six months to obtain).
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Mansioni

• Greet all Tribal Court clients and visitors.
• Accept and record filing fees, civil infractions and understand court orders.
• Check court dates for clients, attorneys and judges and process new civil petitions and criminal filings.
• Preserve and protect Court historical records accessible to the public and parties.
• Support Court operations under Court Clerk’s Office Manager guidance.
