P OSITION S UMMARY :
The Tribal Court/Receptionist is responsible for corresponding with Tribal Court Clerks following up on Petitions, Orders, Motions, and Judgements involving all cases handled by the Court. This Clerk ensures the organization of supplies, and processes; helps to maintain consistency in the overall flow of court operations. Must have strong customer service skills.

Q UALIFICATIONS AND R EQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience High School diploma/certificate, or equivalent background. A minimum of two (2) years of administrative/secretarial experience or a combination of relevant work experience required; Knowledge of office equipment, basic MS software, and word processing; communication and typing skills Dependability in completing assignments in an efficient and timely manner Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Valid Washington State Driver’s License. Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
