Job summary

Allied OneSource, LLC. is seeking an experienced Trial Technology Specialist to manage courtroom technology for civil litigation.

You will prep electronic documents, multimedia, and testimony for trials, arbitrations, and hearings, using OnCue Trial software and standard tools across Pretrial and Trial cycles. You will collaborate with litigation teams to refine exhibits and trial strategies, troubleshoot tech issues, and support resource organization for high-stakes proceedings, with a salary

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and presenting electronic evidence for trials.
• Proven ability to organize large volumes of documents and media for courtroom use.
• Strong communication skills with legal and technical teams.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepares trial evidence (documents, multimedia) using OnCue and generates reports.
• Builds trial databases and creates graphics to communicate case themes.
• Collaborates with legal team to refine exhibits, sequences, and trial strategies.
• Manages digital evidence and ensures smooth courtroom presentations.
• Organizes resources and troubleshoots technology issues for assigned projects.
• May manage outsourced design projects or promote internal trial resources.
