Thomson Reuters is seeking a Client Representative - Legal Trial Specialist in Los Angeles to drive usage and revenue for CoCounsel, Practical Law, and Westlaw. The role centers on training, trial sessions, and expert product demonstrations for named accounts.

You will gather testimonials, report on trial success, and collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities while maintaining a strong customer focus and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual WAYWO and ROI sessions with each CoCounsel trial participant.
  • Drive trial usage at the individual user level for CoCounsel.
  • Host small group sessions to demonstrate CoCounsel's value and features.
  • Gather user testimonials specific to CoCounsel.
  • Compile trial success reporting during and at the conclusion of each CoCounsel trial.
  • Effectively partner with sales and solutions consultants on new sales opportunities.
  • Primary product focus: CoCounsel Legal, inclusive of Practical Law and Westlaw.

The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.This job posting will close 09/14/2026.
