Responsibilities

• Take meaningful ownership of cases and client relationships from evaluation to resolution or trial.
• Develop strategy, manage discovery, and handle substantive motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions, work with experts, evaluate exposure, and prepare matters for mediation and trial.
