This plaintiff-side role offers meaningful courtroom experience, ownership of cases, and the opportunity to advance with a serious, expanding firm. You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation, with a competitive base salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing is required.
• 4–8 years of litigation experience in personal injury or similar civil matters.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket
• Develop case strategies and litigation plans
• Draft petitions, pleadings, motions, discovery, and response documents
• Take and defend depositions, prepare clients and witnesses
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials; move cases toward resolution
• Negotiate settlements and review medical records and damages evidence
• Collaborate with paralegals, assistants, senior attorneys, and leadership
