Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.
• Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with experts.
• Engage with witnesses, conferences, and reports; prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Attend mediations, court appearances, and other related proceedings.
