Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience; previous insurance defense preferred.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda.
• Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and calendars.
• Supervise and work closely with our experienced team of paralegals.
• Take and defend depositions and handle court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
• Investigate claims, review records, and develop case theories.
