Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review criminal files, evaluate evidence, and determine plea offers.
• Negotiate pleas with defendants and counsel while adhering to office policies.
• Prepare for and manage court dockets and ensure timely progression of cases.
• Supervise legal staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Research and draft legal pleadings and motions for prosecution.
• Prepare for and conduct court and jury trials with effective case presentation.
