Responsibilities

• Defending BI and PI claims from auto, premises and general negligence incidents
• Owning your caseload from initial evaluation through resolution
• Evaluating medical records, treatment and causation
• Taking depositions of plaintiffs, treating physicians and retained experts
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Preparing and attending mediations with a strategy you set
• Trial preparation and trial work
