Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking an Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience. This position can be based out of our New York City, Westchester, or Melville, NY office.

The firm emphasizes mentorship, collaborative practice, and growth, with a proven trial track record preferred and experience at state and federal levels.

Qualifications

• Experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases.
• Proven trial track record and experience at state and federal level.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support.

Responsibilities

• Represent design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to prepare cases for trial.
• Mentor and work with associates to develop skills and grow in the A&E/CD practice.
