Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks an Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (2 to 5 years) in NY offices (New York City, Westchester, or Melville, NY).

You will represent design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect cases, with a strong trial track record at state and federal levels, and grow within a collaborative, mentored environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction defect or AE/CD matters.
• Experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors.
• Proven trial track record at state and federal levels.

Responsibilities

• Represent design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect cases.
• Manage caseload independently with appropriate support.
• Collaborate within a team-based A&E/CD practice focused on clients.
