Overview

As a Trial Operations Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • It is supporting the Launch Team with roll out of processes (previously it had been in this same group but would be supporting more of the development aspect).
  • Strong ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Less operational but will be more focused in tackling broader areas of change management and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong communicator and strong collaborator
  • Strong ability to apply strategic thinking and craft strategies around engagement and communication
  • Ability to overcome obstacles or barriers to change and to develop strategies around this
  • Strong Project Management skillset.
Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

  • 4 year degree required
  • Strong knowledge change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and industry trends (in technology/process implementation)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling communication materials using various channels and formats
  • Experience in developing and implementing benefit/value realization frameworks, and processes
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify barriers to change and develop effective strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives to successful outcomes
  • Creative Thinking and customer centricity
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools

Optional Skills:

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for value realization tracking
  • SharePoint Design
