Job summary

argenx is seeking a Director of Trial Operations Excellence & Innovation to lead strategic transformation of clinical trial processes and enable operational innovation across its immunology pipeline.

You will define and execute a transformation roadmap, establish Centers of Excellence for emerging technologies like AI, Digital Health, and decentralized trials, and drive cross-asset initiatives to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• 12+ years of global clinical operations experience with a proven record in strategic change and implementing innovative trial technologies.
• Deep knowledge of drug development, GxP compliance, and process improvement.
• Focus on immunology or autoimmune indications; expertise in trial technology platforms, decentralized trial models, and operational innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a transformation roadmap for trial operations.
• Establish Centers of Excellence for emerging technologies such as AI, Digital Health, and decentralized trials; drive cross-asset initiatives to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with Digital, Biometrics, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to operationalize new solutions; maintain inspection readiness.
