Genmab seeks an Associate Director, Trial Delivery Team Lead to oversee CTMs and CTAs, ensuring high-quality clinical trial execution. You will mentor teams, optimize resource use, and align with regulatory standards.

You may assume GTL responsibilities and drive process improvements within the Development Operations organization, collaborating with senior leadership to implement best practices.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in clinical operations
• Experience leading complex global clinical projects
• Experience with CROs and regulatory authorities
• Strong written and spoken English communication

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop CTMs and CTAs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Ensure adequate resourcing and workload distribution
• Collaborate with Global Trial Leads (GTLs) on trial activities
• Support training initiatives across Trial Operations
• Lead process improvements and SOP development
