Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Contract Manager to lead end-to-end management of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and FMV negotiations. You will be the primary contact for contract execution, storage, and ongoing management, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

The role supports fast start-up timelines and smooth trial execution through strong communication with clinical and financial stakeholders. This hybrid role allows 20%–40% remote work with approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of direct industry experience.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation and site financial agreements.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating relevant agreements.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines from a financial perspective.
• Collaborate across functional teams and communicate with clinical and financial stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiating skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and SaaS-based tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Site Contract Management: lifecycle of CTAs; drafting, reviewing, negotiating, FMV, executing, and maintaining.
• Primary contact for CTA execution, storage and management.
• Ensure CTAs and site budgets comply with current legal and regulatory requirements; coordinate with Legal/Compliance.
• Maintain complete, inspection-ready documentation with version control across systems.
• Provide timely updates on site contract status to the clinical trial team; participate in trial-related meetings.
• Support trial readiness and risk mitigation to keep timelines and site engagement on track.
