Job Duties

This clerical position involves processing various case filings, utilizing computers to document case activity, issuing summons and notices, receiving and recording fees, answering inquiries, and providing information to the public and attorneys. Additional related duties may be assigned.

Required Education and Experience

High school graduation and six months of clerical experience. Knowledge of modern office procedures, computer skills, and operation of standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with computerized office systems, knowledge of computers and financial transactions, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with court procedures and policies are desirable.
