Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in Phoenix seeks an ambitious early career Trial Attorney to join our growing team. You will manage a high-volume caseload (about 150 cases, with ~50 in litigation monthly), guide matters from intake through settlement or verdict, and maintain proactive client communication throughout the process.

You’ll conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations, and defend clients in jury trials.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred.
• Active and in good standing with your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.
• Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted.

Responsibilities

• Managing a High-Volume Caseload: oversee ~150 cases, ~50 actively in litigation each month, from intake to settlement or verdict.
• Engaging with Clients: maintain proactive, transparent communication throughout the legal process.
• Conducting Key Litigation Activities: depositions, motions, mediations, and developing case strategies.
• Advocating in Trials: serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.
