Responsibilities: • Applying skills and knowledge obtained from the Keegan Trial Institute training • Supervise the dedicated support staff assigned to your cases to ensure seamless operations • Analyze legal scenarios thoroughly and develop strategic plans to address clients' needs effectively • Direct litigation strategies and represent clients • Draft legal documents meticulously and conduct comprehensive legal research to bolster cases • Conduct depositions, mediations, and serve as lead counsel in trials and arbitrations with confidence Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Keenan Trial Institute training is required • Admission to the WV Bar (or willingness to obtain it quickly) • A trial-ready mindset and a willingness to relocate to West Virginia • A team player who thrives in a culture of high standards, creativity, and compassion • Someone ready to take their career and life to the next level Compensation: $100,000+

$100,000 per year
