Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated first-chair jury trial experience.
• Ability to independently prepare and try cases through verdict.

Responsibilities

• Lead counsel at jury and bench trials.
• Independently manage an active litigation caseload.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear at conferences, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Draft and argue dispositive and other substantive motions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, exhibits, motions in limine, jury charges, and other trial materials.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations.
• Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers regarding case strategy, developments, and evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
