Job description

The SPD is looking for a Trial Attorney (5) to provide zealous holistic representation for indigent clients in the Coeur d'Alene area for serious felony cases, including the ability to develop and present mitigation in a capital case and do related work as required.

Level 5 attorneys are required to lead and direct a team of investigators, experts and mitigation specialists. The annual salary for Trial Attorney (5) is $132,000.
