Job summary

An established Philadelphia litigation firm is seeking an experienced litigator to take over an active docket of products liability and toxic tort cases. You will own your files from intake through trial or settlement.

This is not a support role; you will be the client's main point of contact and lead all aspects from strategy to trial preparation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience, primarily products liability, toxic tort, or complex civil.
• Real trial experience, first or second chair.
• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania; additional bar admissions are a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation is based on experience and track record. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and disability coverage. Specifics are discussed during the interview.
