Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Wilmington, DE litigation practice. You will work with litigation teams to manage cases in Delaware courts, handling mass torts, product liability, commercial and general liability matters.

The role requires a DE license, 5–10 years of litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Delaware; bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland is a plus.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience; some toxic tort experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with exceptional work ethic and ability to manage caseload from start to finish.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
