The attorney will manage depositions, draft and argue motions, and develop trial strategies, while collaborating with the firm’s attorneys and staff to advance high-stakes cases. A California Bar license and JD are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience as first or second chair, or strong desire to build a courtroom-focused practice.
• Strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from pre-litigation through trial.

• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert, corporate representative, and fact witness depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, including discovery, pre-trial, and post-trial motions.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop litigation strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys as needed.

Key Responsibilities
