Daily responsibilities include appearing in court for arraignments, pretrial hearings, motions, and trials, conducting witness interviews and depositions, and negotiating with prosecutors. The role involves reviewing discovery, evaluating evidence, advising clients on legal options and risks, and maintaining accurate case documentation. The attorney will also collaborate with support staff to ensure timely filings and uphold high standards of advocacy and professionalism.
