Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice of plaintiff's lawyers and supporting case staff in Houston, Texas. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability/automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs in Houston and surrounding areas. Responsibilities focus on litigating cases, with trial preparation and trial, but not on pre-suit matters. Compensation includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, standard commission fees/bonuses, and a full benefits package.
