Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and an active license to practice law.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and writing with attention to detail.
• Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Relevant legal administrative experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with case preparation, strategy development, and client communication.
