This opportunity is open to attorneys with a strong ERISA litigation background, as well as experienced Labor & Employment litigators who have handled ERISA matters and are interested in continuing to build that area of their practice.

Bright Line Counsel is recruiting a Senior Associate or Of Counsel Attorney to join the Atlanta office of a well-established, growing mid-sized law firm with a sophisticated Labor & Employment and ERISA litigation practice.

This opportunity is open to attorneys with a strong ERISA litigation background, as well as experienced Labor & Employment litigators who have handled ERISA matters and are interested in continuing to build that area of their practice.

Ideal candidates will have experience with ERISA litigation involving a range of plan contexts, including severance, health and welfare, and retirement plans, along with strong litigation, writing, and client-service skills.
