Qualifications

• Intake and triage of incoming patients.
• Report patient signalment, problem list, and plan during nursing rounds.
• Take vitals: heart rate, pulse, CRT, mucous membranes, temperature, respiratory rate, effort.
• Communicate with clients and provide education.
• Perform rechecks and chart vital sign trends.
• Maintain open communication with intaking doctor to ensure prompt and proper patient care

Responsibilities

• Stocking and cleaning as needed.
• Monitor waiting/exam room, assist with refreshments/marketing materials, update clients on wait times.
• Manage Cornerstone/Instinct hospital census.
