Job summary

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians is seeking a casual Triage RN to join our team across Roseville, Hugo and Lino Lakes clinics. Shifts are Monday through Friday with start times from 7:45am to 8:30am and end times from 4:15pm to 5:00pm.

You will perform triage using EMR protocols and standing orders, provide comprehensive nursing assessments, educate patients, and coordinate care with the health team to support safe, effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin (within two months of hire).
• Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage nursing assessments and care planning.
• Deliver nursing care using established protocols and standing orders.
• Coordinate care and refer to appropriate team members.
• Educate patients and families and document care.
• Support clinic operations and ensure patient safety.
