Job summary

OneDigital | Resourcing Edge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our well-established practice in Mountain View, CA. The RN will provide direct patient care during procedures and coordinate pre- and post-procedural care, while sharing information with the care team and physician.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care coordination, plan formulation, and staff training. California RN license, ACLS, and BLS are required, with a preference for at least two years of

• Performing patient assessments and reviewing patient information.
• Coordinating planned nursing care with other health care team members.
• Identifying goals, formulating plans of patient care and evaluating outcomes.
• Training and instructing new personnel as necessary.
• Performing meticulous scope cleaning when required, according to policy, procedure and manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Assisting with organization and development of policies and procedures.

They are expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the physician.
